PUBLIC NOTICE: FY 2011 List of Transit Projects Receiving Federal Funds in the Knoxville Urban Area
The Safe, Accountable, Flexible Transportation Equity Act-a Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU) Federal Transportation Act requires a listing of projects funded to be published or otherwise made available by the cooperative effort of the State, transit operator and metropolitan planning organizations for public review. The original report was published in November and includes a list of highway projects in the Knoxville Urban Area for which Federal funds have been obligated in FY 2011. As a supplement, a list of transit projects receiving federal funding for FY 2011 is also now available.
