Knoxville Knox County Metropolitan Planning Commission (MPC) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal for FY 2011
The MPC DBE Goal for FY 2011 will be at least 3.4% of the eligible U.S. DOT funds directly contracted with MPC. DBE’s must be certified under U.S. DOT regulations 49 CFR, part 26. The Knoxville-Knox County Parks, Recreation and Greenways Plan
The Knoxville-Knox County Parks, Recreation and Greenways Plan was adopted in January 2010. Connection of greenways was the dominant theme of public input during the 3-year plan development process. The plan is divided into city and county sectors. Appendix E is a prioritized list of greenway projects.
