Conditions of Use for Market Square Garage Bicycle Lockers

There are ten bicycle lockers in the Market Square Parking Garage available for quarterly rental and nine available for day-use on a first-come, first served basis. Bicycle lockers are not to be used for any purpose other than storing or securing a bicycle and related equipment. The locker user shall provide his/her own padlock.

  • To rent a bicycle locker on a quarterly basis, the user must fill out an application form.
  • Bicycles left in a day-use locker for more than four business days will be considered abandoned by PBA and removed. After 24 hours, PBA will tag the locker. This tag will advise that the owner has three business days to remove the bicycle before it is considered abandoned property and forcibly removed from the bicycle locker by cutting the lock.

PBA reserves the right to open and inspect the locker and the contents thereof at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances: in any emergency; to determine whether a health or safety hazard exists; or to determine whether any term of the rental agreement is being violated.

The occupier should ensure the inside of the bicycle locker is kept free of litter and debris.

PBA and any facility at which the lockers are located are not responsible for any injury or fire, theft, loss or damage to the vehicle or any other article left in the locker.

Should the locker user not comply with any of the above conditions, PBA reserves the right to terminate the rights of the user at any time, remove the contents to storage where it will be held until collected or disposed of.
