Get Outdoors Bike Ride
The first ride of the summer was a lot of fun, with more than 45 people participating. Bicyclists rode across the river on the new greenway alongside Alcoa Highway (cantilevered onto Buck Karnes bridge), and also used the new Second Creek Greenway connection from World's Fair Park to Neyland Greenway.

East Side Story
This is a repeat of the 2007 Neighborhood Bike Ride route, which some said was their favorite route ever! The 11-mile ride highlights the Parkridge, Holston Hills and Burlington neighborhoods, Chilhowee Park, Speedway Circle, and Knoxville Botanical Gardens. Thanks to Smoky Mountain Wheelmen for leading this ride. Meet at Ashley Nicole Dream Playground (Caswell Park), 620 Winona St.
