The 5th annual Tour de Lights was incredibly fun, with 400-500 people
turning out. The rain held off so participants were able to stay dry
while touring downtown, 4th & Gill and Old North Knoxville. Thanks
to the City of Knoxville, Knoxville Police Department, Mast General
Store and Three Rivers Market, along with all our volunteers, for making
